Isla Nena Renovations, LLC is a fully licensed and insured, locally owned and operated construction business in Vieques, Puerto Rico
Our Owner and General Contractor is a native of Vieques. He has over 15 years experience in a wide variety of construction and renovation projects. His experience includes five years working in Florida under their very strict hurricane building codes.
Our Mission
Our main mission is to help rebuild and restore our beloved Isla de Vieques to the beautiful place to vacation, live and work that it was prior to the devastating storms of 2017.
While rebuilding and restoring, we also want to help make the community safer and more resilient in dealing with future storms.

Isla Nena Renovations team is currently working on a large renovation project at our oceanfront business in Esperanza, Vieques. Tradewinds, our restaurant & guesthouse, needed significant roofing repairs and renovations post-hurricane Maria. Tomas and Jenny have worked closely with our Administrative board & our engineer over several months. They have produced high-quality work, recreating our brand image, in a timely fashion.
